Quali dati

Nome, cognome ed email per l'account; le foto e i PDF che scansioni; i dati delle scadenze (titolo, data, importo, tipo); le risposte alle domande iniziali; il voto "Ci stiamo riuscendo?"; il token per le notifiche push e la data dell'ultimo accesso; il numero di scansioni usate nel mese.

Perché

Solo per far funzionare l'app: salvare le tue scadenze, leggere le date dalle foto, mandarti le sveglie e i promemoria. Base giuridica: l'esecuzione del servizio che hai chiesto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

L'intelligenza artificiale

Quando scansioni una foto o un PDF, il file viene inviato a Claude, il modello di intelligenza artificiale di Anthropic, solo per leggere scadenza, importo e tipo. L'AI propone i dati e decidi tu se salvarli: l'app non prende decisioni al posto tuo. Anthropic non usa questi file per addestrare i suoi modelli.

Chi altro li vede (fornitori)

Supabase: database, accesso all'account e archivio delle foto. Server nell'Unione Europea (Irlanda).
Anthropic: lettura delle foto con l'AI.
Expo: invio delle notifiche push.
Apple: notifiche e distribuzione dell'app.

I dati non vengono venduti né usati per pubblicità. L'app non ti segue su altre app o siti.

Per quanto tempo

Finché hai l'account. Le scadenze eliminate vanno nel cestino: puoi svuotarlo quando vuoi, e l'app cancella da sola, insieme alle foto, quelle che ci sono da più di 30 giorni. Se elimini l'account, cancelliamo subito tutti i tuoi dati e le tue foto, compreso lo storico.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi vedere, correggere ed eliminare i tuoi dati dall'app (Profilo › Elimina account) o scrivendo a supporto@eetscannerai.com. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Minori

L'app non è pensata per chi ha meno di 14 anni.

Who handles your data

The data controller is Dario Vannini. Contact: supporto@eetscannerai.com.

What data

First name, last name and email for your account; the photos and PDFs you scan; deadline details (title, date, amount, type); your answers to the onboarding questions; your "Are we getting there?" rating; the push notification token and last sign-in date; the number of scans used this month.

Why

Only to make the app work: store your deadlines, read dates from photos, send you alarms and reminders. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Artificial intelligence

When you scan a photo or PDF, the file is sent to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, only to read the deadline, amount and type. The AI suggests the details and you decide whether to save them: the app makes no decisions for you. Anthropic does not use these files to train its models.

Who else sees it (providers)

Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage. Servers in the European Union (Ireland).
Anthropic: reading photos with AI.
Expo: sending push notifications.
Apple: notifications and app distribution.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.

How long

As long as you have an account. Deleted deadlines go to the trash: you can empty it at any time, and the app automatically removes items (and their photos) older than 30 days. If you delete your account, all your data and photos are deleted immediately, including history.

Your rights

You can view, correct and delete your data in the app (Profile › Delete account) or by writing to supporto@eetscannerai.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Children

The app is not intended for children under 14.
